Tips for Preparing Research Proposal Defense at UNIMAS

Before proceeding to proposal defense, candidate is required to present the research methodology. 

Here is the presentation rubric. 

Next, two internal examiners will be assigned to assess your oral proposal defense and the submitted Chapters 1-3.

Here is the rubric for proposal defense. 

Based on the CGS proposal defense report, you will be assessed on 

1. Did the student clearly explain the research question and objectives?
2. Did the student correctly relate literature with the context of his/her work?
3. Did the student explain the methodology well?
4. Is the research sound and feasible?
5. Did the student understand the subject matter?
